一种管路压力脉动抑制装置优化设计及试验分析

     

摘要

The plunger pump pipeline of a marine auxiliary system has the problem of excessive pressure fluctuation. A new type pressure fluctuation suppression device is designed based on energy absorbing principal of the accumulator and filtering principal of the orifice plate. The design parameters, including volume and inflation pressure of the accumulator, flow area, spacing, hole angle, hole number, hole diameter of the orifice plate, are optimized according to the working principle of the pressure fluctuation suppression device. The sample device is made and tested. Results of the testing show that the pressure fluctuation suppression device has good attenuation effects for different spectrums. When the outlet pressure is between 1 MPa and 2.5 MPa, the pressure fluctuation of the plunger pump pipeline can be reduced by 50%.%针对船舶系统柱塞水泵等辅机设备管路压力脉动大的问题,设计出一种基于蓄能器吸能和孔板滤波原理的管路压力脉动抑制装置。根据压力脉动抑制装置工作原理,对蓄能器容积、蓄能器充气压力、开孔角度、开孔数量、孔径等参数进行优化设计,并对研制出的样机进行试验。试验结果表明:管路压力脉动抑制装置对不同频谱的压力脉动均具有较好的衰减效果,输出压力1 MPa~2.5 MPa时,柱塞泵出口管路压力脉动衰减率达50%以上。
