在北京地铁10号线现有车辆车轮上安装降噪片,以减小列车通过时产生的轮轨噪声,车辆在实际运营中取得了良好的降噪效果,有效的抑制了列车通过弯道时轮轨发出的啸鸣声。而降噪片的安装螺栓在运营过程中出现了不同程度断裂现象,如果断裂的螺栓遗落在道岔区域将会带来极大地运营安全隐患。对现有的已安装降噪片的列车车轮进行再加工并更换降噪环,并在车辆段出入库线进行了安装降噪环后列车运营状态下噪声测试,检验安装降噪环的车辆在实际运营当中的降噪效果。在保证降噪效果的同时,有效解决降噪片的安装螺栓断裂对运营安全造成的安全隐患问题。%In order to reduce the wheel-rail noise in Beijing Subway Line 10, the wheels with the sound absorber slices in-stalled had been applied. In fact, good effect of noise suppression had been obtained in the actual operation. The train whistle had been effectively suppressed when the train traveled through the curved track. However, fracture of the installation bolts of the sound absorber slices used to occurring in the operation. The broken bolts might be left in the switch areas which would bring about tremendous security risks for the operation. In this article, the actual wheels were re-processed with the sound absorber slic-es replaced by the sound absorber rings. The wheel-rail noise of the re-processed wheels was tested in the operation. The effect of the noise reduction of the wheels was verified, and the security risks due to the broken bolts were eliminated.
