两端封闭腔体内声波叠加规律研究

     

摘要

大型储气罐由于气体流动时的冲击与共振声辐射会带来不可忽视的环境污染。其结构在考虑声波叠加规律时可视为两端封闭腔体,根据平面波理论对其内声波叠加规律进行理论推导和仿真计算,并作实验验证。表明了声源起始位置对腔内声波叠加有重要影响,而封闭腔总长对含有内插管腔体内的声波叠加并无影响。根据叠加规律,对某工厂大型储气罐进行噪声治理,取得了良好效果。%The impact and resonant sound radiation due to the gas flow inside a gasholder can bring about the environ-ment noise pollution. The gasholder can be regarded as an acoustic cavity with both ends sealed when studying the rules of sound wave superposition. In this paper, the mathematical model of a cavity for sound wave superposition was established and simulated based on the plane wave theory. Then, the superposition law was verified by comparing the simulation results with experimental data. The results show that the initial position of the sound source has important effects on wave superpo-sition in the cavity model, but the cavity length has no effect on wave superposition for the cavity with an extended pipe. Noise control for a large gasholder in a factory was realized according to the wave superposition law, and good result was ob-tained. This work provides a basis for structure design and noise control of sealed cavities.
