为了判断特定的零部件是否存在异响,目前主要通过台架试验进行主观评价.针对主观评价过度依靠有经验的人员且一致性较差的问题,首先详细地介绍座椅异响试验时载荷谱的采集和处理方法,然后对座椅异响评价方法进行探究,通过对主观评价结果和声学参数数据进行相关分析,总结出可反映主观评价结果的客观声学参数.该方法贴近工程实践且能将异响问题识别出来.%In order to determine whether the specific parts have BSR phenomena, a squeak and rattle shaker system is employed for the subjective evaluation of the BSR tests. Since subjective evaluation has the disadvantage that it depends greatly on evaluator's experiences and is less identical, some other efficient and accurate methods for S&R evaluation need to be developed. In this paper, the collection and processing methods of the load spectra in the seat S&R test are described in detail. Then, the method of S&R evaluation of the seat noise is discussed. Through the regressive analysis of the subjective evaluation results and the acoustic parameters data, the objective acoustic parameters which can reflect the subjective evaluation results are summarized. The method is practical in engineering and can effectively identify the BSR.
