精密数控机床主轴系统热态特性分析与研究

     

摘要

解决了因主轴热变形引起的数控机床加工精度下降的问题,建立了精密数控机床主轴径向和轴向动态热变形的计算机精细数值计算模型和主轴热误差动态预报理论模型,以期揭示温度变化对精密数控机床加工精度的影响机理,为精密数控机床综合误差补偿提供理论依据和技术支撑.本文采用理论分析、数值计算和试验研究相结合的方法,利用有限元方法的数值特点和实际工况实时测量数据的可靠性,为数控机床主抽系统热态特性研究提供理论与实际的依据.%The article has solved the problem that the thermal deformation of the spindle system affects accuracy of CNC, determined relationship between change of temperature and the thermal deformation of the spindle system, estab lished fine numerical model of precision CNC machine tool spindle thermal deformation of radial and axial dynamic and theo retical model of dynamic prediction. In order to reveal the impact mechanism that precision CNC machining precision, Pro vides theoretical basis and technical support for precision CNC machining precision, by theoretical analysis, numerical calcu lation and experimental method of combining the finite element method of numerical characteristics and actual conditions the reliability of real-time measurement datum, described CNC machine tool spindle system for the thermal characteristics of re search theory and practice basis.
