工件直线度对无心抛光过程的影响

     

摘要

This paper discussed the influence of contact copper tube' s straightness error when it was used in the tank of nickel cathode through theoretical analysis, deriving the stable polishing condition which has nothing to do with the center of gravity angle of rotation, obtaining the biggest straight line value when the workpiece has different rotational speed (or guide wheel rotational speed) in the stable polishing process, so it constitutes a powerful tool to provide the theory basis for the reasonable choice polishing depth, increasing the precision of the none-center polishing process.%从理论上分析了存在直线度误差的镍电解槽导电铜管的稳定无心抛光极限条件,推导出了与重心回转角无关的稳定抛光条件,得出了在不同工件转速(或导轮转速)下工件稳定抛光的最大直线度值,为合理选择抛光深度提供了理论依据,提高了工件表面的抛光精度.
