金属橡胶光电吊舱的减振器设计研究

             

摘要

The earlier optoelectronic pods were installed on fixed base, while they have been moved on motive vehicles such as planes, vessels, and armored cars with the intelligence becoming more important. But the inner and outer frameworks of the pod are linked rigidly, which can pass the vibration of motive vehicle to the optoelectronic equipments directly and low down the reconnaissance precision. This paper took airborne optoelectronic pod for example, based on the analysis of image quality influenced by vibration, addressed a two-stage vibration isolation scheme for optoelectronic pod. The scheme isolates harmful vibration effectively, and the stabilization precision of the optoelectronic platform has reached the expecting purpose.%早期的光电吊舱安装在固定基座上,随着信息情报重要性的提高,光电吊舱安装到了飞机、舰艇、战车等动载体上,但光电吊舱的内、外框架之间采用刚性连接方式,动载体的振动直接传至光电平台上的光学负载,使光学负载侦察精度降低.本文以机栽光电吊舱为例,基于振动对成像质量的影响分析,提出了光电吊舱二级减振设计方案,对内框架悬置弹性支撑解耦问题进行了分析,设计了2种新型金属橡胶减振器,有效隔离了有害的振动,使光电平台的稳定精度达到了预期目标,这一研究对信息侦察领域的发展具有重要意义.
