为提高加速度计温度均匀性,进行了温度场计算与试验研究.采用有限元方法,建立了完整的陀螺加速度计数值模型,并通过仪表热分析对其热生成和对流换热等进行了边界条件处理,在此基础上,利用ANSYS Fluent软件进行了温度场仿真计算,并通过试验验证了分析结果的正确性,为优化陀螺加速度计热设计提供参考.%In order to improve the uniformity of temperature field of the accelerometer,the temperature field calculation and experimental study are carried out.In this paper,the analysis model of liquid floated PIGA is built by limited element method and the limited condition is founded on the basis of analyzing the heat flux and heat convection.Then the tempera-ture field calculation by software of ANSYS Fluent is accomplished,and the results via temperature test is validated.It pro-vides a reference for the thermo design of accelerometer.
