新型一体结构履带板内侧倒角高效加工技术研究

         

摘要

针对新型一体结构履带板结构复杂、技术要求高,其内侧倒角的传统加工方法技术落后、耗时费力、存在诸多不便,无法满足高效率、大批量生产需求的问题,提出了新的解决思路,并开发设计了一种新型径向伸缩刀具,采用工件固定刀具旋转进给的方式,将履带板安装固定在工作台上,刀头收缩穿过细长深孔到达指定加工区域后,推动手柄机构使刀头径向伸长,然后转动莫氏挡环并锁定,刀具开始切削加工,加工完成后松开挡环,并拉动手柄机构使刀头收缩,实现进退刀.此类刀具结构新颖,设计巧妙,操作使用方便,应用前景广泛.经生产实践验证表明,使用效果良好,取得了巨大的经济效益.%The new integrated structure track plate has complex structure and high technical requirements.The tradi-tional machining method for its inner chamfer is backward,time-consuming and inconvenient.So it can not meet the needs of high efficiency and mass production.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward a new solution and develops a rotata-ble radial telescopic cutter.When the cutter cuts the workpiece,you need to install the crawler plate on the worktable,ad-just the cutter head contraction,move the cutter to the processing position,push the handle mechanism to make the cutter head radial elongation,and then turn the retaining ring and lock it.When the cutter completes the cutting process,you need to release the retaining ring,pull the handle mechanism to shrink the cutter head and retract the cutter.The cutters have the advantages of novel structure,ingenious design,convenient operation and wide application prospect.The production prac-tice has proved that the use effect is good,and great economic benefits have been obtained.
