化学品船配置废气洗涤塔的经济性研究

     

摘要

以沪东中华造船集团建造的某型化学品船为例,在船舶航线假定为从欧洲鹿特丹港到美国纽约港,且合理假定船舶运营时间和等待货物时间的情况下,对整个航程中航行于控制区域内外的时间及在此期间主机、发电机、锅炉等设备的运转情况进行分析细化,计算不同情况下全船的油耗;同时,对近期国际油价走势进行分析对比,以获得重油(Heavy Fuel Oil,HFO)与轻油(Marine Gas Oil,MGO)之间的差价,从而得出该船一年中在控制区域内设备使用MGO所增加的费用。在此基础上,通过对使用MGO所增加的费用、洗涤塔系统安装的前期投入费用和洗涤塔系统运行费用等因素进行综合分析,粗略计算该船安装洗涤塔所需额外费用的回收周期,对化学品船安装废气洗涤塔是否具有经济性优势进行相关研究和探讨。%Taking a chemical tanker built by Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co., Ltd. as example and assuming its route between Rotterdam in Europe and New York in USA with reasonable operation and waiting time, this paper analyzes in detail the operation of the tanker in and out of the Emission Control Area (ECA) as well as the operation condition of main engine, power generator, boiler and other equipment to determine the fuel consumption under different conditions. Meanwhile, it analyzes and compares the recent trends of global fuel prices to know the price difference between Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) and Marine Gas Oil (MGO), and thus to find out the cost increased by MGO used in ECA. On this basis, a comprehensive analysis is carried out on the cost increased by MGO, initial investment of scrubber system and operational cost to estimate roughly the additional cost caused by scrubber and its payback period, and thus to study and discuss if it is economically competitive to install the scrubber on chemical tankers.
