响应面法优化唐古特白刺种子总黄酮超声提取工艺

         

摘要

The ultrasound-assisted extraction process parameters of total flavonoids from Nitraria tangutorum Bobr. seed were optimized with a response surface methodology ( RSM). To obtain the maximum of extraction ratio of the total flavonoids , three main factors including ethanol concentration, extraction time and extraction temperature were selected on the basis of experimental results of single factors. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows : 65% ethanol,extraction time 68 min, and extraction temperature 42℃. Under the conditions ,the optimum extraction ratio of the total flavonoids from Nitraria tangutorum Bobr. seed was 1.20%, close to the predictive extraction ratio of 1. 21%. The results showed that the parameters were accurate,reliable,and practical.%利用响应面法优化超声辅助提取唐古特白刺种子总黄酮的工艺.在单因素试验基础上筛选出乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声温度三个主要因素,并通过响应面分析得出最佳组合条件为:乙醇浓度66%,超声时间68min,超声温度42℃,在此最佳条件下实际测得总黄酮含量为1.20%,接近于模型预测值1.21%.试验结果表明,采用响应面法优化得到的工艺条件参数准确、可靠,具有实用价值.
