丙烷脱氢与逆水煤气变换耦合制丙烯反应的研究进展

     

摘要

综述了近年来国内外有关利用逆水煤气变换耦合丙烷脱氢制备丙烯反应的研究进展,讨论了催化剂及各种反应条件对活性的影响,分析了反应历程和机理。SiO2担载的铬催化剂具有较好的催化活性。表面碱性位的存在有利于CO2的活化, CO2的作用是消除C3H8脱氢产物之一H2和表面积炭,提高反应活性及催化剂的稳定性。%A review is presented on coupling of dehydrogenation of propane with reversed watergas shift reaction for propylene synthesis. The SiO2supported chromium oxide catalysts exhibit better catalytic reactivities. CO2 can be activated by the surface basicity. The results showed that the coordination of acidity and basicity is of important to increase the reaction activity. The action of CO2 is to remove H2 and to resistant coke during dehydrogenation of propane. The reaction mechanism is also evaluated.
