液硫中硫化氢含量是影响液硫循环、输送、储存及成型系统安全运行的关键因素,对于大规模Claus工艺硫磺回收装置尤为显著.目前,国内对液硫脱气工艺及脱气效果验证的研究甚少.通过对普光气田单套20万t/a硫磺回收装置液硫脱气不达标问题进行分析研究,对液硫脱气工艺技术进行研究优化,设计并应用空气汽提与机械搅动组合脱气工艺,将液硫中硫化氢含量脱除至2.33 μg/g,达到国际液硫脱气领先水平.%H2S in liquid sulfur is a potential security threat to the pipes and equipments contacting with the liquid sulfur in the process of circulating, transferring, storing and forming of liquid sulfur, and H2S releases from liquid sulfur can pollute the environment, which are much more serious for the large scale Claus sulfur recovery units, however, the research on liquid sulfur degassing is still blank in China. The liquid sulfur degassing problems in the sulfur recovery unit of Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant, which had a sulfur production capacity of 200kt/a for each single train, were analyzed, based on which, the degassing process was optimized and a new degassing process combining air stripping and circulated spraying was proposed. The use of the new process could lower H2S content in liquid sulfur to about 2.33u,g/g, which reached the world advanced level.
