医学生就业意向与一般自我效能感研究——以某医学院校在校本科生为例

     

摘要

目的了解在校医学生就业压力感知及就业意向,分析医学生就业意向影响因素,为提高医学生应对就业压力能力提供依据.方法利用文献调研、专家咨询等方法拟定调查问卷,随机抽取某医学院在校本科生500名进行问卷调查.结果91.1%的被调查学生有就业压力感知,76%的学生喜欢有一定竞争性的工作;80%的学生一般自我效能感得分在20-30分之间,一般自我效能感与就业薪酬之间有一定关联性;与就业压力感知之间存在相关性;以上关联均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论医学生普遍感到就业压力较大,医学生一般自我效能感越高,越容易感知就业压力,二者呈负相关关系,建议医学生多参加社会实践活动,加强学校职业教育,提高其就业压力应对能力.%  Objective To understand the current employment situation of the medical students' employment intention, shows the ability of college students' self belief general self-efficacy, combining try, discusses the relationship. Analyze influencing factors of the medical students' employment intention, try to provide the basis for college students establish suitable for their employment intention. Methods Using the method for questionnaire, random sampling 500 students from a medical college undergraduates to questionnaire investigation. Results 91.1% of survey students have the employment pressure perception, 76% of the students intend to certain competitive work; 80% of the students’ generally self-efficacy score between 20-30 points, general self-efficacy and pay a certain relationship between employment; and there is a correlation between the employment pressure perception; above are associated statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Medical students generally feel more employment pressure, medical students' general self-efficacy is high and more likely to perceive the employment pressure, both are negatively related, suggest medical students to participate in social practice, strengthen the professional education and improve the employment pressure coping ability.
