Objective To study the combined detection of chronic pulmonary heart disease with right ventricular dysfunction in patients with sensitivity hs-CRP and BNP levels in the diagnosis and prognosis guidance value. Methods Choose 78 cases of Chronic pulmonary heart disease right heart dysfunction in our hospital from May 2009 to Nov 2012 for this study. Comparative analysis of patients with different levels of myocardial extent of the damage and the relationship of hs-CRP and BNP. Results Patients improved cardiac function after treatment, plasma BNP and hs-CRP levels were significantly lower than before treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Patients with plasma hs-CRP and BNP levels there is a positive linear correlation(P <0.05). Conclusion Plasma hs-CRP and BNP levels in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease can respond quickly to the extent of myocardial injury in patients. Joint survey of serum BNP and hs-CRP levels can effectively observe the occurrence of pulmonary heart disease, development, and it can accurately determine the prognosis of patients with clinically significant guiding value.% 目的研究联合检测慢性肺心病合并右心功能不全患者血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与脑钠肽(BNP)水平的诊断及预后指导价值。方法选择2009年5月-2012年11月我院78名慢性肺心病合并右心功能不全患者为研究对象。联合测定患者血浆hs-CRP与BNP水平。使用NYHA对患者右心功能进行分级,对比分析不同级别患者心肌受损程度与hs-CRP与BNP的关系。结果慢性肺心病右心功能不全的患者经治疗后心功能有所改善,血浆中BNP与hs-CRP水平明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。慢性肺心病右心功能不全患者的血浆hs-CRP与BNP水平存在线性正相关(P <0.05)。结论慢性肺心病患者的血浆hs-CRP与BNP水平能灵敏反应患者心肌损伤程度。联合检验血清BNP与hs-CRP水平能有效观察肺心病的发生、发展,能准确判断患者预后情况,具有重要临床指导价值。
