经济型数控系统中的可编程逻辑控制

摘要

介绍了一种在经济型数控系统中实现可编程逻辑控制的方法，通过采用主-从式结构的双单片机控制系统，在实现对逻辑变量扫描控制的同时，保证了对机床坐标精确的数字控制。文中阐述了系统的工作原理、硬件组成和软件设计思想。%This paper presents a method for programmable logic control ineconomical numerical control system. By means of application of double single - chip microprocessor control system with master-slave construction, not only scanning control to switching variable is achieved, but also accurate numerical control for machine tools coordinate is ensured. The principle of operation, hardware composition and thinking of software design for the system are described.
