筒体法兰孔焊接坡口加工专机径向进给二次设计

     

摘要

A special machine tool about processing flage welding edge of shell are studied in this paper, Aiming at some practical problems in processing of radial feeding system: for instance, it is hard to assure the accuracy of meshing for bevel gear pair. Furthermore, it is inconvenient to lubricate the sliding screw and bevel gear. As a result, we design one new radial feeding system. According to the processing requirement of specific tool, we choose and verify the principal components for the new radial feeding system. The improved cylinder boring machine overcomes the original problems, functional reliability has been promoted effectively, It is easier to install and adjust the radial feeding system, and which is suitable for further promotion.%对筒体法兰孔焊接坡口加工的专用机床进行研究,针对径向进给系统在生产中存在的伞齿轮副啮合精度保证困难和丝杠与伞齿轮润滑不便等实际问题,设计了一种新型径向进给系统.同时基于专机加工要求,对新径向进给系统的主要元器件进行选型与验证.改进后的筒体镗孔机在解决了原有问题的基础上,工作可靠性得到了有效的提高,径向传动系统的安装与调试难度也相应降低,适合进一步的推广.
