The feedthrough has a rotatable symmetrical insulation body (4) formed with an inner bore hole (5). An electrically conductive connecting part (6) is accommodated in the inner bore hole, and includes a radial flange part (1) that forms a stage (16) on a mantle surface (17). The inner bore hole forms another stage (19), and the flange part is provided with a mounting stage on which a fixing ring is defined. An electrical insulation hose (12) is arranged in a section (11) of the inner bore hole between the connecting part and an inner wall of the inner bore hole. The insulation body is made of plastic or ceramic material. An independent claim is also included for an evacuated housing.
