This paper studies the trajectory of the coordinate transformation on post-processing of Five-axis Machining with Dual Rotary Tables And get trajectory of the machine, then give error compensation of the length of machine tool movement ,tool linear and tool dynamics Cutting speed according to the algorithm developed a post processing software, which is verified on BV-100 machine with an example process on a impeller model, at the same time provide experience for five-axis universal post-processor development.%论文主要研究了AC回转工作台五轴联动机床后置处理中机床运动轨迹坐标变换,得到机床运动轨迹,再对运动轨迹进行刀具的长度误差补偿,刀具非线性误差补偿和刀具动态切削速度误差补偿,根据此算法开发了后置处理软件,通过在BV-100机床上加工某叶轮样件的得到了验证.同时也为五轴联动通用后置处理器的开发提供了经验.
