This paper studies the structure and the working process of the table exchange device of horizontal machining center, after analysising deformation of table exchanging device caused by loading with finite element analysis method using ANSYS software, an optimization program that changed the maximum single side workpiece weight bearing of the table exchange device of horizontal machining center M DH 125 from 3 tons to 5 tons, better meeting the customer and market needs.%针对对卧式加工中心工作台交换装置的结构,对其使用过程进行了研究,在使用ANSYS软件对交换装置因承重导致的变形规律进行有限元分析后,提出了一种卧式加工中心MDH125工作台交换装置的优化设计方案,将工作台托板体下表面进行了斜切处理,同时增大托板体与其下部结构间的距离.经过改进后,工作台交换装置的单边承重最大工件重量由3吨提高到5吨,从而更好的满足了客户和市场的需求.
