高速转塔冲床专用数控系统的研究及开发

摘要

Aimed at the work function of High - speed Turret Punch Press, High - speed performance and the special funciton were analyzed, and a kind of realizing methods based on the HCNC advance open numerial control system was presented. The test results show that the numerial control system is stable, and most technical indexes reached the level of import CNC.%以实现高速转塔冲床加工功能为目标,研究了高速转塔冲床的高速性能及特殊加工功能,提出了在开放式华中高档数控系统平台进行高速转塔冲床数控系统的实现方法.对所开发的高速转塔冲床数控系统的试验测试结果表明,所开发的高速转塔冲床数控系统性能稳定可靠、各项技术指标达到进口数控系统的水平.
