PURPOSE:To provide a turret punch press, by which damaging on the plate material is reduced at the time of executing shifting and positioning of the plate material and changing of a die is easily executed and further, a large quantity of the die can be incorporated. CONSTITUTION:An almost polygonal truncated pyramid shaped turret 27a is arranged to a body frame so as to incline the center shaft and arranged as rotatable as centering the above turret 2a, and die stations 35a holding the die 7 as attachable/detachable are arranged at the suitable interval in the same direction to side face of the above turret 27a. Further, endless-like chains 81a, 83a are arranged as extending along the horizontal direction at one side of the above turret 27a and also plural die holding members 85a, 87a for holding the dies 7 as attachable/detachable to this chains 81a, 83a are arranged and the die changing device 23 is arranged at between the above turret 27a and the chains 81a, 83a.
