Using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS with 3 D modeling software Solidworks to 1. 25 vertical precision grinding machine pillar Comparative analysis in finite element calculation, To study the static, modal characteristics, and selected the optimal pillar of the parameters of the scheme.%随着现代工业和科学技术的发展,机床产品也日益向着高速、高效、高精度和自动化方向发展,良好的结构动态性能要求已经成为产品开发设计中的重要优化指标之一.有限元方法和模态分析理论为支撑的现代设计方法,已经成为现代机床设计发展的必然趋势.采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS协同三维建模软件Solidworks对1.25立式精密磨床的立柱进行有限元比较分析计算,研究其静态、模态特性,并选取了最优立柱方案的参数.
