基于LabVIEW的机床振动信号数据库访问技术的研究

摘要

To the requirement of database accessing when developing the fault diagnosis system of machine tool vibration based on LabVIEW,the basic method and processes of accessing Microsoft Access database by LabSQL toolkit in LabVIEW were introduced.Various database connection schemes and the data storage and query method were discussed through concrete program examples.The practical application shows that the method can resolve the storage problem of machine tool vibration signal in computer,and which is an effective database accessing approach in LabVIEW.%针对用LabVIEW开发机床振动故障诊断系统中对数据库访问的要求,介绍了在LabVIEW中通过LabSQL工具包访问Microsoft Access数据库的基本方法和步骤,通过具体的程序实例,讨论了数据库连接的各种方案以及在Access数据库中存储和查询数据的方法.实际应用表明,该方法可以实现机床实时振动信号的计算机存储,是LabVIEW访问数据库的一种有效途径.
