摘要

The Circuit breaker is dominant electric equipments in the power supply system of coal mine, which plays an important role in the aspects of the security and reliability of power supply system of coal mine by controlling and protecting. Due to the fact that the require of the security and reliability of power supply system of coal mine is higher and higher, it is necessary to monitor the condition of the coal mine circuit breaker in the real time in case to predict the fault. The hardware and software of the acquisition and processing of the vibrant signal based on DSP and LabVIEW are presented, according to the function requirement of the monitoring system. The characteristic of the of the wavelet transformation is sensitive to the preternatural points which can be used to trace the signal of circuit breaker vibration and collect its characteristic value. The VI program based on wavelet transformation algorithm on the virtual instrument (VI) LabVIEW, The monitoring and diagnosing for the condition of circuit breaker can be realized through analyzing and processing the signal which is sampled in real time.
