一种大容量盘类工件料库的设计和应用

     

摘要

随着人力成本的不断增加,机械加工行业对自动化加工单元越来越依赖,一个结构紧凑、高精度的料库在整个加工单元中更是起到举足轻重的作用.在充分了解国内外现有的自动化加工单元的料库基础上,发展了一种针对盘类工件的单立柱双驱动机构的旋转料库.利用三维建模软件对自动化加工单元的料库进行设计,在论证其结构合理性的基础上,进行投产并得到了用户的一致青睐,不但改善了劳动条件,提高劳动生产率,降低生产成本,给客户带来可观的经济效益,同时对提高国内机加工自动化生产模式起到一定的促进作用.%With the increasing of labor costs, the machining industry is highly dependent upon the automatic machining unit. A compact structure with high-precision workpiece library plays an important role at the whole automatic machining unit. On the basis of complete understanding of the current situation of domestic and international relevant workpiece library, a large capacity of disc-type single column rotation workpiece library has been designed. The workpiece library of automatic machining unit has been designed with 3D Software and put into operation on the basic of demonstrating structural rationality. This type of workpiece library has got favorable comment of the users. It not only has improved the working environment, decreased costs, improved labor productivity, reduced production costs and brought considerable economic benefits to the client, but also promoted the effect of the domestic automatic machining production mode.
