盘铣刀铣削螺旋定子内螺旋曲面方法及工件廓形算法

     

摘要

For the cutting of the inner helical surface on the screw stator which has large lead distance, the article proposes a new method using a disc-mill cuter which has circular arc knife-edge to envelope the surface of the workpiece. By studying the spiral feeding motion trajectory of the cutter,based on the theory of planar envelope curves and the judgment rule of its existence, the coordinate transformation method of the graphics, the mathematics model based on numerical algorithm of the calculation of the workpiece' s profile in the cross-section has been proposed. The relation between the workpiece' s silhouette and the tool's geometric parameter has been revealed. It is a theoretical basis to the error analysis in the cutting processing of the stator's silhouette and the design of the appropriative tools.%针对螺旋定子大导程内螺旋曲面的切削加工,文章提出一种圆弧刃形盘铣刀铣削加工内螺旋曲面的方法,并研究了工件廓形算法.通过研究刀具的螺旋进给运动轨迹,根据平面曲线族包络和包络曲线存在理论及图形变化方法,推导出了计算工件廓形的数值算法数学模型,给出了工件廓形和刀具几何参数的关系.为定子廓形加工误差分析和专用刀具设计提供了理论基础.
