摘要

A shrouded propeller unit having 10 variable pitch propeller blades and 15 exit vanes was tested in the Walter H. Beech Memorial Wind Tunnel. The model embodied a 0.772 chord/diameter ratio shroud having inlet designed for static and low-speed operation and a non-diffused exit. Performance parameters were determined throughout a rage of angle of attack from zero to 90° and advance ratios from zero to approximately 4.0 at various propeller blade pitch settings.
