Through the analysis of direct drive NC machine tool rotary table servo system, this paper is aimed to deduce the transfer function model of position output caused by the disturbance input, using the Matlab software for simulation calculation, and to analyze the change of the Bode diagram of the disturbance model when the control system parameter value changes. Through the Bode diagram, we can see the influence law of the external disturbance on the system dynamic servo stiffness. The simulation and a-nalysis will show that adjusting the certain control system parameters can improve the dynamic servo stiffness at different frequencies of the external disturbance.%文章以直接驱动数控转台伺服系统为研究对象,导出系统干扰输入引起的位置输出的传递函数模型,利用Matlab软件对干扰模型进行仿真,当控制系统各参数取值变化时,分析干扰模型Bode图的变化.通过bode图可以清晰的看到不同控制系统参数对系统伺服动刚度的影响规律,进而针对不同频率的外界扰动,有目标的调整特定控制系统参数可以提高系统伺服动刚度,从而改善伺服系统的性能,提高直接驱动数控转台系统的传动精度.
