为克服传统直接推力系统存在的推力和磁链脉动大的缺陷,以基于空间矢量脉宽调制( SVP-WM)的直接推力控制( DTC)为控制策略,以智能功率模块IPM、高精度直线编码器和霍尔电流传感芯片为主要硬件基础,设计了一套以 TMS320 F28035 DSP 控制芯片为核心的永磁直线同步电机( PMLSM)伺服系统。对伺服系统进行负载实验,实验结果表明该伺服系统运行平稳,电流噪声低,推力脉动小,响应速度快。%Designed a high-performance servo system for Permanent magnet linear synchronous motor based on TMS320F28035 DSP chip,which used direct thrust control method based on space vector pulse width modulation as control strategy ,used intelligent power module、high precision linear encoder and hall current sensor chips as the main hardware basis,to overcome the defects of thrust and flux linkage ripple in tradition-al direct thrust system. By conducting PMLSM load experiment,the results prove that the PMLSM servo sys-tem perform steady,have low noise、small thrust pulsation and fast response.
