基于UMAC的超精密研磨抛光机工件坐标系的建立

         

摘要

在开放式数控系统的研制过程中,基于机床坐标系的加工方式对于某些特定的加工对象不完全能够适用,因此建立工件坐标系很有必要。当不同空间直角坐标系之间进行转换时,常用方法是七参数法,通过最小二乘法求得各参数的最合适值。通过采集原点、X轴正向一点和XOY平面第一象限任意一点三个特定点来转换机床坐标系和工件坐标系,该方法采集点数少,计算值准确。由于安装误差等原因导致机床坐标轴的正交性不准确时,该方法建立的工件坐标系不受其影响。%In the process of the development of open CNC system, the processing method based on the ma-chine coordinate system is not completely suitable for some particular manufacturing objects. Therefore it is necessary to set up the workpiece coordinate system. When the conversion between different space rectangu-lar coordinate system, a common method is seven parameters method, which the most appropriate values of parameters are obtained by least square method. This new method converts the relationship between the ma-chine coordinate system and the workpiece coordinate system, through gathering the origin point, one point in the positive direction of X axis and one point in the first quadrant of plane XOY. The advantages of this method are less collection points and more accurate calculated value. When installation error causes the inac-curacy of axis orthogonality in the machine, the workpiece coordinate system established by this method will not be affected.
