以中凸变椭圆型活塞裙部的车削成型为研究对象,搭建了活塞车削系统实验平台,利用三次样条算法对其裙部初始数据进行密化和平滑处理,计算出关于活塞裙部型面的刀触点轨迹坐标O0(ρ0,θ0,Z0)。在此基础上进行活塞裙部车削轨迹实验,并对其加工误差进行检测,通过实验分析表明,采用变截面螺旋轨迹算法进行活塞加工,其轨迹误差比传统的近似螺旋轨迹算法误差低了1个量级,最大轨迹误差减小至0.86μm,为下一步有效提高中凸变椭圆型活塞裙部型面加工精度奠定了基础。%In this paper, it build a piston turning experimental platform for turning middle-convex and var-ying ellipse piston skirt, the piston data processing software can dense and smoothing the initial data of pis-ton skirt, then calculate the cutter-contact points coordinates O0 (ρ0 ,θ0 ,Z0 ) of middle-convex and varying el-lipse piston skirt. In this basis, it complete the piston skirt turning trajectory experiments and test its trajectory error , it shown that the trajectory error of Variable Cross-section Helix Turning Trajectory ( VCHTT) algorithm is lower than Approximate Helix Trajectory Method ( AHTM ) , the maximum trajectory error of VCHTT is 0. 86μm , it could improve the profile accuracy of middle-convex and varying ellipse piston skirt type precision greatly .
