The Feed box of Long-men shearing machine was taken as the object of study, The simplified plane model of Feed box was established based on structural features ,The static analysis was performed base on the ultimate load cases, Proposed structure optimization program for the distribution of the side stiffened plate and bottom stiffened plate according to the results of static analysis , building the parametric model of Feed box on the basis of this optimization, The height of bottom stiffened plate and The thickness of side stiffened plate taken the optimization analysis ,Finally the optimal size of stiffened plate has been got. The analysis was performed after building regeneration model based on optimal size, The results showed the ma-terial was reduced by 19830kg, nearly 32. 4% of the weight.%以龙门剪切机料箱为研究对象,根据其结构特点建立料箱的简化中性面模型,基于其在极限工况下的受力进行了结构分析,并根据分析结果提出了对料箱底部和侧部的筋板进行重新布局的结构优化方案,在此优化方案的基础上,建立了料箱的参数化优化模型,分别对底部筋板的高度和侧部筋板的厚度进行优化设计,最终得到最优尺寸。根据优化结果再生中性面模型并对其进行分析验证,结果表明:料箱可节约材料19830kg,近32.4%的自重。
