气瓶螺纹接口加工自适应规格系统设计

         

摘要

Due to the cylinders' threaded connection processing equipment's low degree of automation, to-gether with the incapability of norm adaptation on diameter, length and shape, the product has low efficien-cy and bad consistency. Combining production requirements, by analyzing the cylinders' characteristics and processing, the modular machine tool program was proposed to adopt four modular machine tools to realize multi-process and parallel processing. The norm adaptive fixture program was proposed also to realize the norm adaptation on cylinders' different diameter, length and shape. Even if the norm is changed, it is no need to adjust tooling or parameter, and the production capacity is improved greatly. The system has low e-quipment costs and powerful norm adaptation, also with high automation and processing efficiency. The effi-ciency of the Business has Increased dramatically.%目前气瓶螺纹接口加工设备因自动化程度低,且不能对直径、长度、形状各规格自适应,效率低下,产品一致性差。结合企业生产要求,通过分析气瓶零件特征及加工工艺,提出组合机床生产线加工方案,采用四台组合机床实现多工序并行加工;提出了自适应规格夹具方案,即使气瓶规格改变也无需调整工装或参数,实现了对不同气瓶形状、直径和长度规格的自适应,大大提高了生产能力。该系统设备成本低,自适应规格能力强,自动化程度高,加工效率高,企业效益得到了大幅提升。
