TX1600 G镗铣加工中心滑枕挠度分析与补偿方法研究

     

摘要

以TX1600 G镗铣加工中心滑枕为研究对象,针对其挠度误差问题,提出了一种结构补偿与数控补偿相结合的方法。首先根据镗铣加工中心结构特点建立滑枕有限元模型,基于该模型利用有限元方法与多项式最小二乘法拟合得到滑枕挠度与滑枕行程的关系曲线;然后根据结构补偿中预倾斜参数的不同提出四种补偿方案,并结合设计要求对比分析后确定了最佳方案,进一步拟合得到该方案的数控补偿曲线;最后通过理论分析与数值计算得出最佳方案刮研量的计算公式及上下限。这些公式对刮研公差的确定有指导意义,且该方法为滑枕的补偿提供了理论依据,为同类机床解决滑枕挠度问题提供了有效途径。%Taking the ram of TX1600G boring-milling machining center as the research object, a combined method of structural compensation and NC compensation is proposed to solve its problem of deflection error. Firstly, according to the structural characteristics of the boring-milling machining center, a finite element model of the ram is established, and the curve between deflection and stroke distance of ram is obtained by FEM and polynomial least square method based on the model above. Secondly, four compensation solutions are proposed in the light of the differences of pretilt parameter in structural compensation, and the best one is determined combined with the requirements of design by comparative analysis, furthermore, the curve of NC compensation of the best solution is achieved via fitting. Finally, the computational formulae and ups and collars of the scraping amount of the best solution are obtained by means of theoretical analysis and numeri-cal calculation. These formulae have the guiding significance to determine the scraping tolerance, and the method above provides the theory evidence for compensation of the ram, which provides an effective way of solving the deflection problem of ram for these similar machine tools.
