滚动功能部件精度保持性实验台热固耦合分析

     

摘要

For studying the impact of the thermo-mechanical coupled deformation on precision of the experi-ment table, the CAD and FEA models of the ballscrews and the support of linear rolling guide were built on SolidWorks. Based on the analysis of heat conduction and forces,the temperature field and thermo-mechani-cal coupled deformation of ballscrews and support of linear rolling guide were calculated on SolidWorks Sim-ulation. The results show that the thermo-mechanical coupled deformation meet the accuracy requirement of the experiment.%为研究滚动功能部件精度保持性实验台中滑鞍和滚珠丝杠在大载荷下热-固耦合变形对实验台精度影响,利用SolidWorks建立滑鞍及滚珠丝杠的CAD模型,并进行结构简化。在对滑鞍上导轨及滚珠丝杠热传导和受力分析基础上,采取有限元方法,在SolidWorks Simulation中获得滑鞍及滚珠丝杠的温度场。在此基础上分析了滑鞍及滚珠丝杠的热-固耦合变形,验证了滑鞍及滚珠丝杠的变形满足实验精度要求。
