滚珠丝杠副静刚度试验台测控系统设计∗

摘要

针对滚珠丝杠副轴向静刚度及静载荷试验台设计了一套专用测控系统，阐述了其硬件环境，包括加载控制系统，数据采集系统，并提出了控制软件的设计方案，并对此测控系统的可行性进行了试验验证。试验结果表明，该测控系统具有测量和控制精度高、运行稳定可靠、操作方便等特点。该设计方案为滚珠丝杠副静刚度的测量提供了软硬件基础。%This paper introduces a dedicated control system to the static rigidity and the dynamic load rating of ball screwwhich includes the load control system and data acquisition system ( DAS ) , exponents its hardware environment. The testing programwas also proposed, in addition, a test was conducted to verify the feasibility of the testing program. Results indicated that the control system has high measurement and control accuracy, steady and reliable operation,and easy operation. This testing programprovides a good soft-ware and hardware base for the measurement of the static rigidityof ball screw.
