滚珠丝杠副精度保持性试验台测控系统设计

摘要

针对滚珠丝杠副精度保持性试验的要求，对丝杠精度保持性试验台测控系统设计进行了研究。介绍了滚珠丝杠副精度保持性试验装置的组成结构，根据试验装置所需要实现的功能进行分析，主要分析了试验台加载控制系统、电机控制系统以及参数测试系统的设计，并提出了测控系统硬件图以及软件的设计方案。该测控系统的设计方法为滚珠丝杠副精度保持性试验的进行提供了软硬件基础。%To meet the requirements of the life test for the bal screws, research on the design of the control system for the life test for the bal screws is carried out. The structure of the bal screw life test rig is introduced, and the functions of the rig, such as the load control system, the motor control system, and the design ofparameter test system are analyzed. The design plans such as the hardware diagram of the control system and the software are presented. The design of the control system has laid foundation of soft-ware and hardware for the bal screws life test.
