高效的直线导轨副摩擦力与精度自动化检测方法的研究与实现∗

     

摘要

According to the current technical conditions of the linear guide ’ s acceptance, we attempt to study a method for automatic detection of the linear guide’ s friction and precision, and design appropriate test equipment. Firstly, on the basis of the relative measurement and absolute measurement principle, tradi-tional testing methods should be com-pared in the study. Secondly, according to the measurement principle, the sensors should be selected and the design of the tooling should be finished. Finally, the overall three-di-mensional design of the test bench should be completed by using the‘PRO / ENGINEER’ technology, and design of the monitoring and control system should be finished at the same time. After the test bench is com-pleted, verify test bench’ s performance parameters, and analys test bench’ s deviation.%针对滚动直线导轨副验收技术条件,对直线导轨副摩擦力与精度的自动化检测方法进行研究,并设计加工相应的试验装置。首先对比传统的检测方法,研究相对测量与绝对测量两种检测原理。然后根据测量原理选用传感器及设计工装,最后使用PRO/ENGINEER对试验台进行整体三维设计,设计测控系统。试验台加工完成后,验证试验台各项性能参数,分析试验台误差。
