ROBCAD仿真技术在车身侧围补焊生产线的应用

     

摘要

针对车身侧围补焊生产线在设计中出现的工艺规划困难以及在调试阶段出现的机器人不可达性、设备干渉性问题、设计的生产线节拍不符合要求和人工编程时间长等问题,提出了一种虚拟仿真调试的方法,运用ROBCAD仿真工具,通过建立生产线的仿真模型,在虚拟的环境中就可以预见现场的位姿不可达性和设备干涉问题并进行规避,从而规划出可达无干涉的机器人加工轨迹以及设备运行时序图,最后采用离线编程的方式,缩短了调试时间.这有利于减少焊接生产线的规划难度,使得设计的效率以及质量得到提高.%In order to solve the problem of process planning difficulty in the design of automobile body side welding production line and the problem of robotic unreachability, equipment dryness problem, design non-conforming production line time and manual programming time in commissioning stage, Virtual simulation debugging method, using ROBCAD simulation tools, through the establishment of the simulation model of the production line, in the virtual environment can be predicted on-site pose unreachability and equipment interference issues and to avoid, to plan for up to non-interfering robot Processing trajectory and equipment operation timing diagram, and finally the use of offline programming, shorten the debugging time.Which is conducive to reducing the difficulty of planning and welding production line, making the design of the efficiency and quality are improved.
