航天阀门壳体零件的切削参数优化与仿真验证

         

摘要

针对航天零件结构复杂,孔、腔繁多,复杂曲面较多,加工周期长,调试程序时间长等问题,选取一种新型典型航天阀门壳体零件为研究对象,研究了工件仿真加工和切削参数优化的的全过程,利用VERICUT软件强大的仿真功能,实现了刀轨仿真和机床加工仿真的同步显示.接着对加工程序的走刀速度进行动态优化,在实际加工中工件粗加工采用恒体积去除优化方式,精加工阶段采用等切削厚的优化方式,在软件模块进行设置,完成程序的优化.最后经过实验验证,表明优化后的程序完全可以满足加工的要求,加工效率较之以前提高了29.53%.实际生产过程中采用该优化方法和仿真可以提高加工效率.%In view of the high processing requiremens of aerospace parts,the complex structure,and the hole and the cavity,and the complex curved surface is more, the processing cycle is long.Based on the model of aerospace valve shell parts as the research object, The whole process of machining and cutting parameters optimization is studied, and the VERICUT software is used to simulate the tool path simulation and machining simulation.Then go to knife speed machining program for dynamic optimization, in the actual machining workpiece rough machining with constant volume removal optimization methods, finishing stage by cutting thickness optimization methods, set in the software module, complete the optimization program.Finally, the experimental results show that the optimized program can meet the processing requirements, and the processing efficiency is improved by 29.53% compared with the previous.In the actual production process, the optimization method and the simulation can be used to improve the machining efficiency.
