成形磨削螺杆转子的表面粗糙度试验研究

         

摘要

To reduce the surface roughness of the screw, orthogonal experiment of form grinding process parameters was carried out based on orthogonal design theory.Considering the complex and asymmetric characteristics of screw rotor surface, a formula for the evaluation of the surface roughness of screw rotor was proposed.Furthermore, based on the experimental results, grinding process parameters were optimized and the relationship between grinding parameters and surface roughness of screw rotor was established by using multivariate nonlinear regression method.The results show that the optimized parameters could decrease the surface roughness of the female rotor and the male one by 1.6% and 2.4% respectively, and the reliability of this formula was verified by comparison experiment.All of which are helpful for the process of mass-form grinding screw rotor.%为降低成形磨削螺杆转子的表面粗糙度,基于正交设计理论开展了成形磨削工艺参数正交试验.考虑到螺杆转子型面复杂不对称的特点,提出了螺杆转子表面粗糙度评价指标的计算公式.基于试验结果得到了磨削工艺参数优化方案,结果表明优化后的工艺参数可使阴、阳转子的表面粗糙度分别降低1.6%和2.4%.运用多元非线性回归法建立了磨削工艺参数与螺杆转子表面粗糙度的关系式,通过对比试验验证了该公式的可靠性,为企业大批量成形磨削螺杆转子的工艺制定提供了理论依据.
