螺杆转子磨削用成形砂轮廓形计算

摘要

Through the establishment of space contact line condition of the forming wheel and the screw rotor, the calculation method of forming grinding wheel cutter shape is given. The influence of changes of installation parameters (center distance and mounting angle) on the grinding wheel profile is analyzed. Finally, the correctness of the model is verified through the interference checking function of Solid Works software.%通过建立成形砂轮与转子的空间接触线条件，求解得到了成形砂轮廓形并分析了安装参数（中心距和安装角）的变化对砂轮廓形的影响，最后利用Solid Works软件的干涉检查功能，验证了该模型的正确性。
