基于公理设计理论的机加夹具概念设计

     

摘要

To improve the level of fixture configuration design standardization, a design method based on in-tegrating Axiomatic Design was proposed. The design case of fixture was decomposed on the basis of AD theory, and meanwhile, the multi-hierarchy case database was constructed. On this basis, the function de-composition algorithm was designed to search for sub-solutions for sub-FR, after that, the fixture initial de-sign schemes was generated. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of this method were verified in a mill-ing fixture scheme design for a casing.%为提高机加夹具概念设计的规范化水平,降低机加夹具概念设计对设计者经验知识的依赖程度,提出了基于公理设计理论(AD)的机加夹具概念设计方法.以公理设计理论为指导,将企业现有的机加夹具设计实例进行多级分解,构建了机加夹具多级实例库,在此基础上,设计了基于AD和多级机加夹具实例库的机加夹具概念模型生成算法,将机加夹具概念设计过程转换为搜索符合机加夹具多级功能需求的机加夹具实例的过程,从而快速生成夹具概念模型.以铣削航空发动机机匣外型面机加夹具的概念设计为例,验证了文中所提方法的有效性和可行性.
