接触热阻对高速电主轴热态特性影响研究

     

摘要

This paper proposes a novel approach to analyzing the influence of contact thermal resistance on the thermal characteristics of motorized spindle by establishing a thermal model of motorized spindle considering thermal contact resistance. The thermal structural coupling analysis of the motorized spindle is carried out by the finite element method. This paper maintains calculation about each joint surface of the contact thermal re-sistance and simulation about the influence of roughness and contact pressure on thermal characteristics of mo-torized spindle.In addition,this paper calculates friction loss of motor on the spindle and heat from the front bearing and rear bearing friction. Under the condition with and without contact thermal resistance,the simula-tion results compares with experiment results from temperature field and thermal deformation through a four-di-mensional finite element model, using motorized spindle 100MD60Y4 model as objectives. Considering the combination of internal temperature field where the thermal contact resistance increases, the overall tempera-ture is higher,and the thermal deformation is larger,the simulation is close to the experiment results.%为了研究接触热阻对电主轴热态特性的影响,建立考虑接触热阻的电主轴热模型.采用有限元方法对电主轴进行热-结构耦合分析,计算各结合面接触热阻,并利用仿真研究结合面接触热阻中粗糙度和接触压力对电主轴热态特性的影响.对电主轴的电机损耗发热和前后轴承摩擦生热进行计算.以100MD60Y4型号的电主轴为研究对象,通过三维有限元模型分析结合面接触热阻对电主轴热态特性影响,将有无接触热阻两种条件下温度场和热变形仿真结果与实验结果对比,结果表明考虑结合面接触热阻仿真内部温度场不均匀性增大、整体温度更高、热变形量更大,其仿真结果更接近实验值.
