基于UG的螺杆CAD/CAM系统研究与开发

     

摘要

作为机械领域一类重要的零件,螺杆的应用范围非常广泛.由于其复杂多变的造型,螺杆的设计和加工比较困难.为了提高螺杆的设计和生产制造效率,对螺杆的CAD/CAM系统进行了研究.基于UG NX 8.0软件,以visual studio 2010作为编程工具,综合运用NX Open、Block UI Styler和Men-u Script二次开发工具,实现了螺杆CAD/CAM系统的开发.该系统的主要功能包括快速创建螺杆三维模型、读取螺杆三维模型的参数和求解内旋风包络铣削加工螺杆时的刀具轨迹.最后通过相关实例,验证了开发的螺杆CAD/CAM系统的功能.%As a kind of important parts in the mechanical field,screw is widely used. Because of its compli-cated and changeable shape,the design and manufacture of screw is difficult. In order to improve the design and manufacture efficiency of screw,the CAD/CAM system of screw was studied. Based on UG NX 8.0 software,using Visual Studio 2010 as the programming tool, using NX Open, Block UI Styler and Menu Script secondary development tools,the development of CAD/CAM system is realized. The main functions of the system include the rapid creation of screw three-dimensional model, reading of the parameters of screw three-dimensional model, and the tool path solution of the inner cyclone envelope milling screw process. Finally,the function of the developed screw CAD/CAM system is verified by some examples.
