一种新型滑模观测器的永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制

     

摘要

针对永磁电机无位置传感器控制中存在的电机转速和位置估算误差较大的问题,在分析传统滑模观测器的基础上,设计了一种新型的二阶滑模观测器.将混合非奇异终端滑模面应用到传统的线性滑模面上,避免了因使用低通滤波引起相位滞后的问题.同时设计了控制律,利用Lyapunov方法证明了所设计滑模观测器的稳定性,结合锁相功能的转子位置与速度跟踪算法,有效地解决了传统滑模观测器中存在的"抖振"问题.仿真分析和试验结果表明:设计的新型滑模观测器使得永磁同步电机的转速和转子位置估计值更加准确.%For permanent magnet motor without position sensor control of motor speed and position estima-tion errors,based on the analysis of the traditional sliding mode observer,a new two order sliding mode ob-server design improvement. The hybrid nonsingular terminal sliding surface was applied to the conventional linear sliding mode surface to avoid the phase delay caused by low pass filtering. At the same time control law was designed by using the Lyapunov method, the stability analysis of sliding mode observer design, combined with the phase locked function of rotor position and speed tracking algorithm, to solve the tradi-tional sliding mode observer chattering problem. Simulation analysis and experimental results show that the design of the new sliding mode observer makes the estimation of rotor speed and rotor position more accu-rate.
