地铁应急指挥管理评价指标体系构建

摘要

介绍地铁系统发生各种突发事故的基本情况，对事故发生的原因、处置过程进行深入分析，据此总结得到地铁应急指挥管理的影响因素，最后以影响因素为基础建立应急指挥管理评价指标体系。%The paper introduces the basic situation of the metro system with all kinds of unexpected incidents and accidents occurred, and in-depth analysis on cause of accidents and action taken process. Accordingly the conclusion works out influencing factors of metro emergency command. Based on the influence factors, an emergency command management evaluation index system is established.
