The emergency processing method comprises: an emergency commanding and dispatching station receives scene information, collected by a video terminal, about an emergency event; locate, according to the scene information, a position of the video terminal by means of a geographic information system, and acquire emergency resource information corresponding to the position; and inform, according to the emergency resource information, a rescue device. Also disclosed are an emergency commanding and dispatching station and an emergency commanding and dispatching system. The present invention achieves an effect of rapidly and effectively taking emergency measures for an emergency event.
