Real estate is the pillar industry in national economic, and occupies a pivotal position in the development process of national economic. Combined with the current government＇s macro-control policy and market development, this paper deeply analysises the current development of China＇s real estate, points out the outstanding problems, and then forecasts the later trends.%房地产作为国民经济的支柱产业。在国民经济的发展过程中占据着举足轻重的地位。本文结合当前政府的宏观调控政策和市场发展状况，深入分析了我国房地产行业的发展现状，指出发展过程中存在的突出问题，以及后期的发展趋势。近年来，我国经济迅猛发展，房地产行业迅速崛起，并不断发展、壮大和整合，为拉动我国经济发挥了举足轻重的作用。房地产行业作为我国国民经济的重要支柱，其带动性强、密切联系金融业和人民生活，房地产行业的发展趋势关系着金融市场的安全和整个国民经济的稳定。
